I understand this service includes full credit analysis, dispute preparation and mailing, ongoing monthly dispute rounds, and Priority inquiry removal once all required documents have been submitted. I understand results vary, and no specific deletions, outcomes, or timelines can be guaranteed. I agree to maintain active credit monitoring and provide any required documents when requested.

Credit Card Authorization:

By checking the box and signing below, I authorize Express Credit Boost to charge my credit card for the Full Sweep service fees according to the payment plan selected. I understand this charge covers administrative work, onboarding, credit report review, dispute drafting, and ongoing dispute management.

If my card declines, my file will not be processed until payment is successfully completed. I understand all payments are final once onboarding work has started.
I agree that my electronic signature is the legal equivalent of my handwritten signature.

Equifax & TransUnion Terms:

I understand that as part of the Full Sweep plan, Express Credit Boost will dispute negative accounts and inquiries across Experian, Equifax, and TransUnion.

I acknowledge that:

24-hour Experian inquiry removal applies only after I have submitted all required documents. Weekends and holidays are not business days or hours.

Equifax and TransUnion outcomes—including inquiry removals and account deletions—are not guaranteed and may require multiple dispute rounds.

Each bureau may take 30–45 days to respond per dispute round.

I agree to provide updated credit reports and will not file my own disputes or contact the bureaus directly during my enrollment.

I acknowledge that the Terms of Service may be updated at any time without notice.
